All TELINC products come with a two year warranty.
All TELINC products come with a two year factory repair warranty which covers all component and labor costs. During the warranty period, TELINC will repair or, at its option, replace components that prove to be defective at no cost to the customer, except the one-way shipping cost of the failed module or unit. All modules or units are normally repaired and returned within 10 working days. All equipment returned to TELINC must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number obtained by calling the TELINC Customer Service at 800-527-5110 or 267-221-1091.
Out Of Warranty Repair
After the warranty period has expired, out of warranty repair is performed exactly the same as warranty repair except there is a nominal charge per unit. Please contact TELINC Customer Service Department for pricing.
Firmware upgrades for the following products may be downloaded. After downloading, firmware can be uploaded to the unit using TFTP.
Firmware for the products below is available by requesting EPROM replacements.
